Description

• Lightweight bump cap
  used to protect user’s head from injury caused by accidentally hitting a hard fixed object. It is lightweight protective caps with low weight and can be worn for a long time without fatigue. It’s design purpose is to protect the user from accidental head collisions when walking, raising, lowering, leaning or moving the body during work. Damage to hard objects in the working environment such as shelves, beams, and hanging objects in the factory, etc.
• Impact absorption
  According to the test method of European Union standard, when a standard hammer weighing 5kg falls freely from a height of 250mm and hits the forehead or back of the cap, the cap can protect the user’s head and enable the impact force transmitted to the head no more than 15kN.
• Puncture protection
  According to the EU standard test method, when a standard bumper weighing 500g falls freely from a height of 500mm and hit the bump cap, the cap can protect the head from being punctured by the bumper
